This is a very early ladies' movement from ETA with center seconds. They are driven indirectly by a large second wheel, which has the exact size and tooth count, as the minute wheel below.
Unfortunately, this movement was not equipped with an Incabloc shock protecion, but with a pretty simple one, and so, the balance wheel is broken.
