Description
This is another movement from the Adolf Michel S.A. under the roof of the Ebauches Trust organization. It is not marked any further, except the two letters “JF” below the balance. The Flume Werksucher from 1947 identifies it as AM 575.
It is a very simple cylinder movement with only one jewel on the balance cock. On the dial side, there is a rocking bar winding mechanism, and the ratched wheel is only safed by a spring.
Nevertheless, watches with those kind of movements were worn for many years, you only should’t pay too much attention to precision and reliability.
