Arogno 151
Description
The Arogno 151 is a relatively rate 10 1/2 ligne manual wind movement of fair quality from Switzerland.
Besides the indication of hours and minutes, it also has got a decentral seconds hand at 6 o’clock.

It has got the classical gear train with directly driven center minute wheel.

The two leg screw balance is not shock protected and beats contemporarily slow with 1800 A/h. It regulates a classical swiss pallet lever movement.
Arogno 151 dial side
The setting lever spring, which is broken on the specimen shown here, has got a typical shape. You also see very well the yoke winding system of this movement.
In the lab
The specimen shown here was only slightly gummed and hence only got a fast cleaning and a simple service.
