Description
The FE 140-C is a common 11 1/2 ligne caliber of the France Ebauches. It uses a shock protected nickel balance and a direct driven center second. The plates are slightly decorated.
As its shock protection systems, at least Antichoc 102 and Antichoc 108 are known.
A true curiosity is the location of the seventeenth jewel: It bears the hands setting gear. On the list of useless jewels, it has got a top position for sure.
