This is a ladies’ form movement, 5 3/4 x 7 lignes. It is marked as “74E4” and has got a “Swiss” marking, indicating, that at least parts (like the Incabloc shock protection) were made in Switzerland.
With high confidence it is a french Femga 68 E4 or FE 68 E4.
