Description
The Peseux 7000 is one of the later handwinding movement of the swiss ebauches manufactury. As most other movements of them, this one is also a very flat one. In the 1960ies, these kind of movements were often used in the popular “extra-flat” watches.
The movement shown here looks pretty nice due to its copper tone surface and especially due to its golden Glucydur screw balance, which is not only technically among the best ones of the mass marked, but is also visually very appealing.
The construction is a classy one with sub seconds at “6”, a large crown wheel, secured by two screws, and the Incabloc-secured balance, on whose cock, there’s an integrated regulator arm.
