Description
The PUW 70, also marketed as Dugena 702, was another german ladies' watch form movement. It has got a shock protected screw balance, secured in an Incabloc shock absorber and another simple shock protection, seventeen jewels, among them two cap jewels for the anchor wheel, and a yoke winding system.
As a little speciality, the time setting system can be seen. Unlike most other movement, two gears are inbetween the crown gear and the minute hand, which results in the time going back when the crown is turned forward clockwise. Most other movement work the other way.
