Description
This movement with its characteristic elliptical shape (6 1/2 x 11 lines) is marked “Welta SWISS”, has got “16 JEWELS 2 ADJTS”. On the dial side, the number sequence “560” is embossed.
The identification of this movement was very difficult, since it was only listed in the 1946 Swartchild catalogue.
Thank you very much to JackDaniels83 from the german Uhrforum, who was able to solve the mystery.
