Donation from Peter Kern
A nice suprise package came from Peter Kern. He is, much longer than me, interested in working on watches, and thanks to a good source ( (Horlogerie Herrli in Switzerland, without website, but nicely described in a german article) he has all the replacement parts, be needs.
The package contained nice additions to the archive, an AS ST 1950, a skeletonized(!) Baumgartner 582, a Felsa 4122, a FHF 82 and a Ronda 1217, and also spare parts for the FHF 96-4 (ST), which helped to get it running again in full function.
When the movements are described in detail (due to the long backlog, it will happen probably in late 2024), they’ll be linked from here, too.
