Detlev donated a very interesting pocket watch to the archive. It is an Alpina pocket watch from
the late 1910s or 1920s, with chain and matching safety case.
This watch uses a not really well documented Cyma movement. Unfortunately, the mainspring is broken, but maybe a
replacement spring can be sourced.
A few days later, as a suprise, an old ladies' watch with cylinder movement with the manufacturer signature SHF (Hermann F. Steinmeyer / Fritz Steinmeyer OHG from Pforzheim and Munich in Germany), also from the same era, was donated to the archive:
