There was a very nice donation package from Ulrike Pichler in January 2024, consisting of five watches from her, mostly with some personal details behind them, which makes these donations very alive and tangible.
The most spectacular watch is a golden ladies' watch with a kidney table shaped, soooo typical 1950s, wow! Unfortunaly, probably because of a water damage, it had to be repaired by a less than capable watchmaker, who competely runied the dial by removing all prints and even bending it. You can absolutely feel the disappointment.
Very much 1960s like is her confirmation watch, a squary “Roland” with a FHF 69 (ST), whose crystal has got a very modern cocktail-watch like decorative cut on its edges.
The Bifora from the 1950s had a skipped keyless works, which could be easily fixed.
Not to be identified is the movement from the rectangular Wyler, which probably dates from the 1930s and belonged to her grandmother. Challenge appected… :-)
Last but not least there was a tiny Isoma from the 1970s, which also could not be identified.
As soon, as the movements are officially integrated into the archive, and/or the watches are connected with their yet archived movements, there will be the links here in to the articles.
