This simple swiss made movement was produced in different versions. Other than the here displayed version with only one jewel, there exists at least one more version with two jewels:
Baumgartner 896 version with two jewels and KIF Trior shock protection
On the movement displayed here, the anchor axle goes through the dial and moves the head of Minnie Mouse.
